Thank you for shopping with Lycan Auto Care. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  1. All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
  3. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Delivery Rates & Estimates

  1. Standard Delivery (UK): 2–4 working days – £4.95
  2. Express Delivery (UK): 1–2 working days – £6.50
  3. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.


3. Delivery Address

  1. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.
  2. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  3. Once your order is placed, delivery details cannot be changed.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.


5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed:

  1. The courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
  2. It is your responsibility to rearrange or collect the parcel as per the courier’s instructions.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  2. Email us at hello@lycanautocare.co.uk with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable), and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
