Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Lycan Auto Care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

  1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Returns must be requested by emailing us at hello@lycanautocare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Used or opened products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 working days.

Return Shipping

  1. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@lycanautocare.co.uk.
