Are the prices shown the final price?
Prices shown as “from” are starting prices. The final price may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, contamination and the amount of labour required. Where additional chargeable work is necessary, we'll discuss this with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
What's the difference between an Interior Valet and Interior Deep Clean?
An Interior Valet is designed for general cleaning and maintenance. An Interior Deep Clean is intended for vehicles requiring considerably more intensive cleaning, such as heavily soiled carpets, upholstery, staining or interiors that haven't been professionally cleaned for some time.
What's the difference between a Full Valet and Deep Clean?
A Full Valet provides comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning for a vehicle in a reasonable condition. A Deep Clean is designed for vehicles requiring substantially more time, intensive cleaning and attention both inside and out.
How long will my service take?
Times vary considerably depending on the service selected, vehicle size and vehicle condition. Smaller maintenance services may take a few hours, while deep cleaning, machine polishing and specialist detailing can require significantly longer.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
We operate as a mobile service and carry our own professional equipment. If your particular service requires anything additional, we'll discuss this with you before your appointment.
Can you remove every stain or scratch?
We always aim to achieve the best safe improvement possible. However, permanent staining, damaged materials, deep scratches and certain paint defects cannot always be completely removed. We'll advise you where limitations apply.
What happens if my vehicle is heavily soiled?
If your vehicle requires substantially more work than the service booked, additional labour charges may apply or we may recommend a more appropriate service. Any additional work will be discussed with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Do you work in bad weather?
We can operate in many weather conditions, but appointments may need to be rearranged where weather makes working unsafe or prevents us from achieving the appropriate standard of work.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please remove valuable and personal belongings from the vehicle and ensure we have safe, legal access with sufficient room around the vehicle. Please also let us know about any existing damage, modifications or areas requiring special care.
