3. Valeting Services

  • All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  • Service prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific customer requirements.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure any personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the service being carried out, as we will not be liable for any damages or belongings being misplaced.

Any issues with our services must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. After this time, we will assume the customer is satisfied with the service, and any subsequent issues may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • All products and services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or upon booking unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Invoices for services are due within 30 days of the invoice date. An 8% late payment fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.
  • For valeting services, a maximum deposit will need to be made at the time of booking, either via contacting us directly or through our online booking system.

5. Delivery of Products

  • Deliveries will be made to the address specified at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations for valeting services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged the full amount for the service.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will also incur the full charge.
  • Products can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the items are returned and inspected, and they will be issued within 3-5 working days from the date items are received.
  • Refunds for services may be issued at the discretion of Lycan Auto Care if the service provided was not delivered as agreed upon or if it was deemed unsatisfactory due to our failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
